Most training plans for women were built by men, for men, then adjusted at the margins. I don't think that's good enough. Forte is built around how women actually train, recover, and adapt across every life stage. It uses the same RRCA periodization and research-backed progression I use for the Team USA athletes I treat, the runners I coach, and myself.

It's built specifically for women runners in the greater Milwaukee area, where I can actually take care of you, watch your form, check your shoes, and treat the issues before they become injuries.

What this is, what it costs

The plan is free. Always. Personalized periodization, postpartum modifications, check-ins every two weeks, strength routines. Yours to keep.

Performance and Recovery sessions with me at the clinic are separate and optional. Cash-pay, worth every penny. Plans available. Not required. Highly recommended. The runners who use it stay healthier.
